This Payment Policy outlines the payment terms, deposit requirements, and contractual options available to our customers. Please read this policy carefully to understand your obligations when renting containers from us.

We offer two main rental contract options for your convenience:

●6-Month Contract

●12-Month Contract

Each contract provides flexibility for container rental periods, with the option to extend at the end of the agreed term. The terms and conditions of each rental agreement will be provided to you before finalising your rental.

●Monthly Rental Payments: Rental payments are due on a monthly basis, starting from the commencement of your agreement. These payments must be made on or before the due date specified in your contract.

●Upfront Deposit: A one-month upfront deposit is required at the start of your contract. This deposit secures the rental agreement and is fully refundable at the end of the contract, provided all conditions are met.

●Outstanding Deductions: At the end of your rental agreement, we will return your deposit in full, less any deductions for:

●Unpaid rental fees or other outstanding amounts.

●Costs for any damage to the container(s) beyond normal wear and tear, if applicable.

●Charges for late payments, if incurred during the term of the rental agreement.

●We will provide you with an itemised breakdown of any deductions from your deposit before returning any remaining balance.

We accept payments via Direct Debit, to reduce the hassle for both parties and ensure regular, automated payments. Payment instructions, including bank account details will be provided upon agreement.

If your payment is not received by the due date, the following may apply:

●Late Payment Fees: We reserve the right to charge a late fee if your payment is overdue. This fee will be clearly outlined in your rental agreement.

●Suspension of Services: Failure to make payments within 5 days of the due date may result in suspension of the container rental service, including collection of the container(s) if necessary.

●Recovery of Outstanding Amounts: If your account becomes significantly overdue, we may take legal action to recover any unpaid fees and costs, including but not limited to recovery agency fees and legal costs.

We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate any difficulty in making payments. We are committed to working with our customers to resolve payment issues in a timely manner.

Refunds for the deposit or overpayments will be processed within [30 days] after the end of your contract, provided there are no outstanding balances or deductions. Refunds will be made to the payment method used at the time of the original transaction.

If you paid via bank transfer or direct debit, please provide your bank details for the refund to be processed.

If you wish to continue your container rental beyond the original contract term (6 or 12 months), we offer an option to renew or extend your agreement. If you choose to renew, the same payment terms and conditions will apply, and the deposit will be retained under the terms of the new agreement.

You will be notified at least 30 days prior to the expiration of your contract regarding renewal or extension options.

Please note that any fees for additional services, such as delivery, collection, or damage repairs, may not be refundable. These fees will be clearly outlined and agreed upon at the time of agreement.
